Swiss to fly direct to Singapore
Swiss International Air Lines will fly daily from Zurich to Singapore from May 12 and is boosting capacity to Beijing and Newark by switching from A340s to A330s.
For summer 2013, Swiss is introducing its eight Asia destination with non-stop flights from Zurich to Singapore on an A340-300 with 219 seats.
On Zurich–Beijing, A340 services will also replace A330s from the start of the summer schedule.
Capacity will also rise on North America services from the end of March with the introduction of an A330 with 236 seats Zurich–Newark.
In European routes, Olbia and Catania will debut on the airline's network from July to August, with flights from both Zurich and Geneva.
